What to Expect

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will work with your team to exceed our guests’ expectations. You will have frequent direct contact with guests and provide service in Room Service, part of the Le Camelia Restaurant.

Your main responsibilities:

• Serve guests according to the high standards of Hotel Okura Amsterdam and The Leading Hotels of the World;

• Be available for various shifts between 17:30 and 00:30;

• Create a warm and personalized guest experience;

• Perform mise-en-place tasks;

• Be responsible for the daily operations;

• Work flexibly in Le Camelia Restaurant and Panorama Lounge when needed.

What We Offer

• Contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension – we hope you stay!

• Salary: Scale 3 according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO (click here for salary scale);

• Bonus: One month’s salary upon achieving the budgeted GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and a successful year-end review;

• Vacation allowance: 8% (pro rata);

• Holiday days: 25 per year (pro rata);

What We Are Looking For

Of course, we are most curious about who you are and how we can make your workplace enjoyable. However, we do consider it important that you:

• Are guest-oriented and have an eye for detail;

• Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred);

• Are flexible with working hours and shifts;

• Live in or near Amsterdam;

• Are proficient in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
