Cycas Hospitality is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be working at the headquarters office in Amsterdam. This position is a great opportunity for a talented person who has the desire to join a fast-growing company in an international environment. Main responsibility will be the end-to-end bookkeeping of a number of legal entities, management of monthly Intercompany transactions and reconciliations and assisting with other accounting tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices for multiple entities
- Performing both sales and purchase ledger activities, including batching and coding invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Preparing monthly Intercompany billing, charges, and reconciliations
- Registering customer accounts and preparing aged debtors’ analysis
- Carrying out nominal error corrections through posting correct journal entries
- Respond to internal / external customer & vendor inquiries
- Support with the monthly and quarterly closings
- Assist to continuously improve the systems / processes
Main Requirements:
- Working experience in an Accounting/Finance department
- Well versed with MS Office applications (Excel)
- Strong communicator and team player
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English (Dutch, French or German is an advantage)
- Experience with MS Dynamics Navision (ERP software) is a plus
- Affinity with the Hospitality industry
