Job description :

You're great with numbers and your heart starts to skip a beat whenever you look at an Excel Sheet. At Hotel V we're on the look out for organisational superstar, aka an administration employee. 

You will be part of our finance team. We handle the administration of our three hotels and two restaurants and are looking for a finance employee for 32-38 hours per week.
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices.
  • Managing the accounts receivable.
  • Managing the accounts payable.
  • Preparing payment batches.
  • Supporting the other colleagues with financial related questions.

Job requirements :

  • You have several years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • You have a MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Great communication skills.
  • You know how to hold yourself among our diversity of people.
  • You are analytically strong, structured and precise,
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Account View and Elvy (the latter is a plus).
