Maik Kuijpers, the former chef at restaurant De Librije*** has created a brasserie that is approachable and relaxed, focusing on honest food and local produce without any frills available for everyone to enjoy, day in day out. Main role and objectives:
As Apprentice Kitchen you will be part of the kitchen team in our great restaurant and banqueting facilities, which also has a life cooking kitchen. You will maintain the desired culinary level of the breakfast restaurant and your aim is to bring the food experience of our guests to the next level!
What creative twist do we need from you? Someone who:
- Assist the kitchen team
- Preparing en executing production work such as mise en place for the kitchen
- Maintain desired culinary level of our restaurant concept as well as brand standards
- Safeguard HACCP standards
