ABOUT THE DEN ‘S-HERTOGENBOSCH
The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, opened its doors in March 2022, as part of the Odyssey Hotel Group and franchise of Marriott International. With its location between city and nature, The Den is easily accessible and within walking distance of the city centre and the central station of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Current, the only Rooftop Restaurant & Bar in 's-Hertogenbosch, is where you will get the ultimate culinary experience. Discover this new, cosmopolitan destination with amazing views over the historic city and its green surroundings. At Current, you will enjoy the finest wines, best cocktails and the tastiest dishes. With the use of seasonal products and with worldly influences, we bring the best flavours to your table. The restaurant, bar and roof terrace are open from Wednesday until Saturday for lunch, dinner & drinks. On weekdays the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, on weekends the energy is as weekends should be. It's all about the vibe!
Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is located in Paleiskwartier, just a 10-minute walk from the central station of 's-Hertogenbosch. From the Paleisbrug, there is direct access to the lift that takes you upstairs. Find us on top of The Den!
THE POSITION
Together with the rest of the F&B team and the kitchen you will ensure that Current becomes a culinary concept in 's-Hertogenbosch and surroundings. You will be responsible for serving the most delicious cocktails and advising the guests about different drinks; with your enthusiasm you will give them a fantastic afternoon or evening out! You will be working in both the Rooftop Bar and Rooftop Restaurant Current. These luxurious F&B outlets are a true icing on the cake at hotel The Den.
Hotel The Den (breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting & room service) is not the responsibility of the F&B and kitchen team at Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, providing information on drinks;
- Taking care of the mise en place, such as checking the bar and seating area;
- Replenishing bar stock by stocking required items;
- Checking and accounting for drinks used and receipts;
- Cleaning up and cleaning work areas and bar equipment during and after duty hours;
- Checking out with guests or putting orders on room accounts;
- Compliance with all standards associated with Marriott International & Tribute Portfolio.
