Omschrijving vacature Cocktail Bartender:

This is an outstanding opportunity to join DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station.

Set in the heart of the historic city centre, adjacent to Amsterdam Centraal Station, the modern DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Amsterdam offers stunning city views and extraordinary service. 

The hotel comprises 557 bedrooms including 47 fantastic suites and 3 resident roof gardens. City Café, Lobby Bar and our recently opened Starbucks are great destination hotspots in the city. The first floor accommodates an extensive gallery space which fits 15 flexible meeting rooms. On the top floor you may find our fantastic SkyLounge with a spectacular roof garden and south facing barbeque terrace where one can enjoy the breathtaking view over Amsterdam and the River IJ.

Functie eisen Cocktail Bartender:

As COCKTAIL BAR TENDER you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a fantastic experience in the SkyLounge whether drinking or eating. From arrival to departure, and every step in between, you will deliver a fantastic, knowledgeable service experience. You are contributing to the delivery of our imaginative cocktail lists, other beverage assortment.

You will have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products. Attentive and proactive, extensive knowledge of cocktail making in high quality destination cocktail bars is highly desirable for this role, as is knowledge of the classics. Passionate about all aspects of service, inventive and quick to respond, you will be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills. A keen interest in food and wine, enhanced by a commitment to ongoing development, will ensure a deep appreciation and enjoyment of our product can be delivered to the guest. You are not shy to leave the bar and aid the service team and interact with our guests at entry, table and service.
