Maik Kuijpers, the former chef at restaurant De Librije*** has created a brasserie that is approachable and relaxed, focusing on honest food and local produce without any frills available for everyone to enjoy, day in day out. Ingredients from Dutch soil served with a creative twist. For this creative, no-nonsense concept we are looking for new talent! What creative twist do we need from you? Someone who:
- Is responsible for the production of mise en place for all sections in the kitchen
- Support (demi) chef's in preparation of the orders
- Motivated to learn and develop your knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
- Becomes quickly aware of all menu items, the recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
