Omschrijving vacature Corporate Recruiter:

We are looking for a temporary Corporate Recruiter to cover maternity leave (for a period of minimum six months). As Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment process from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires for EHPC HQ, Regional Office and EHPC hotels (Sir, Max Brown and Park brands). Your responsibilities includes creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment; love to work in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the ambassador of our values and brands. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain the best talent who contribute to our company’s growth. You will collaborate with the hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs, plan the hiring process and work closely with the HR Advisors of EHPC.
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals;
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings);
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard;
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on social media);
  • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual) and track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill;
  • Organizing hiring events, attending recruitment fairs/talent days and participating in job fairs to network with potential candidates;
  • Projects like Employer Branding and boosting our Referral Program.

Functie eisen Corporate Recruiter:

We are looking for a candidate who has a creative, curious mind and who is constantly looking for ways to improve processes. It is important in this role to have an approachable attitude for both candidates and hiring managers. You have to take your ownership; have fantastic organizational skills and you always follow up on tasks. Furthermore, you can identify yourself with our company and all the brands we have, so you can pass your enthusiasm to the business and all our potential candidates.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree;
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an in-house recruiter, experience in Hospitality is a big plus;
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruitment;
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
  • Proven experience with social media recruiting;
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • You have a natural talent for networking and expanding your network.
