F&B MANAGER
Our Renaissance F&B Manager ensures a smooth running of the day-to-day operations in our venues and great team work to create a unique and personalized guest experience in our Restaurant ‘Signature’,
in our Bar ‘XPLORE’, In Room Dining or our Meeting Rooms. Our successful F&B Manager is able to coach the team in an inspiring and enthusiastic way. You are an example in the finishing touch for the F&B venues, and in putting the guest at ease with a natural way of serving and sharing your story about unique local discoveries.
Your day will consist of
- Managing the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
- Plan, develop and implement departmental goals
- Create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team
- Develop your team members in preparation for a next step or development of their personal skills
- Arrange staff scheduling and payroll administration (e.g. approving working hours)
- Stock control and maintain contacts with suppliers
- Ensure all Food safety & HACCP requirements are met
- Co-ordinate and evaluate the department’s financial performance
- Responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction and Brand Standards
- Present and active participating in operations (restaurant, bar, in-room dining & banqueting)
- Record transactions in the Micros system
- Opening or closing a shift
- Ensure there is a smooth communication with the Kitchen department and other departments

- Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch
- Have a minimum of 5 years F&B operations experience.
- Preferred with at least 3 years experience within a managerial/supervisory role
- Have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Are ready to take on a BIG challenge to further develop yourself and your team
