Functie eisen Front of House Manager:

As Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running and the management of the Front Office department. You will be instrumental in driving our standards from the onset; a leader in Customer Service and Hospitality. Not only will your passion for people and guest service be unrivalled, you will lead and develop the team to ensure our guests have a truly fantastic experience. Service excellence will be top of your personal list of priorities, as it is ours. You will be responsible for managing the Hilton Honors programme and SALT programme and be involved in various other DoubleTree and Hilton initiatives within the hotel.
With this in mind you will ideally already be a Front of House manager or Assistant Front of House Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel and looking for a new and exciting challenge.  Your communication skills will be exceptional and you will have had previous experience of working with a PMS system ideally OnQ as well as good  Microsoft Office knowledge. Developing and supporting a strong working relationship between Front Office, Reservations team and duty managers will be a key aspect of your role to ensure the highest levels of guest service and achievement of business objectives.
