As a full-time or part-time Front Desk Agent, you are working at mission control of our hotel to ensure all our guests are happy with their experience at our hotel!

Our team members are always on hand to help. They’re the local insiders for our guests, with the knowledge and know-how, to help you make the most out of every stay.


What you will be doing:

  • Making our guests 100% happy!
  • Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out – check IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes
  • Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and telling them about ways to improve their stay
  • Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Know what is going on in the city and help guests plan their stay.
  • Jump into other duties when your colleagues need your help
  • Providing excellent service and guest experience
  • Arranging restaurant reservations in the area
  • To work in the restaurant/bar making pizza & drinks
  • When necessary, assist during breakfast service.
  • Look after the safety en security of the hotel and its guests
  • What do we expect of you:Service-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Representative appearance
  • Strong organizer and planner
  • Work under pressure
  • Great eye for detail
  • Experienced with computers and Microsoft office
  • A Hotel or Tourism education is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent Dutch is desirable
  • One year of Front Office Experience would be nice but else we can also teach you this awesome job!
  • Experience with First aid or a BHV certificate would be nice, or we will train you the extra skills.
  • Available for morning and evening shifts, also on weekends & holidays, so you have to be able to reach the hotel before 07:00 AM and able to get back home after 11:00 PM at all times.
