What will I be doing?

Innside Amsterdam is the first hotel of Meliá Hotels International in the Netherlands and opened the doors in April 2021. The team is young, international (we have around 25 different nationalities) and enthusiastic. As a HR Manager you will continue to develop, implement and coordinate HR tools such as performance management and learning and talent development. Other tasks would be:

  • Recruitment and active recruiting
  • On- and off boarding of employees
  • Preparing payroll accounting, payroll budget and monthly forecast
  • Cooperation with schools
  • Talent management and employee development
  • Part of the management team

Who are we looking for?

  • You already have experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager and you have experience in the hotel industry.
  • The hotel is still very new, we are looking for an entrepreneur in HR!
  • You are skilled in Dutch labor and social security law
  • You are organizational and your coordination skills are very pronounced.
  • You can express yourself excellently in Dutch and English.
