Are you that one person in your friend group who makes sure to arrange birthday presents in time and organises your getaways together? We’re on the lookout for a problem-solving-superstar, aka a frontdesk employee.

About the job
Is a frontdesk employee you're the face of the hotel. You take care of reservations, welcome the guests and make sure they feel at home. Aside from administrative tasks, you inform the guests on the best pizza places and wine bars in town. With a smile on your face you make sure everything runs smoothly. Bowl of red M&M’s, a framed photo of Nicolas Cage or a treadmill? You decide which bizarre requests you do or do not grant.

Job requirements :

About you
  • Flexibility, also on weekends;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in a hotel);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You are positive and cheerful;
  • Knowledge of reservations system MEWS is an advantage.
