Welcome aboard of Room Mate Bruno!
To make the experience in the hotel even more amazing, also during the night, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our reception team!
The Front Desk is the first and last contact between the hotel and the guests. It is also the core of the guest care during their stay. Therefore the night auditor should ensure the correct operation of the front desk department. He/She should follow the standards of quality and services defined by the Central Offices and deliver all with a smile!
Our mission is to make our guests feel at home and exceed their expectations by providing the best possible service. The Night auditor is crucial in achieving this!
The ideal Roomie:
- Has already gained some experience in working night shifts in hotels
- Has studied at a MBO/HBO level, preferably Hotel Management
- Has experience with Opera (or another hotel reservations system)
- Doesn't mind to live like a night owl (your shift will be between 23.00-07.00)
- Is steady and can own the reception during these times
- Is available also on weekends and holidays
- Speaks English and preferably also Dutch
What we will give in return:
- Money! You will be paid a salary conform Horeca CAO // 10% night allowance // travel expenses
