QO Amsterdam will open a new Meeting & Events space on the 20th floor soon. Up in the sky, guests can enjoy a private dinner or meeting with delicious food and an amazing view over Amsterdam.

Our meetings area on the first floor and 20th floor is specially designed to stimulate fresh thinking. It’s the ideal location for smaller events like meetings and workshops or bigger conferences and private dinners. When working as Operational Meetings & Events Supervisor, your days will never be the same. One day you work on your own and the other day you supervise a group of colleagues. But no matter what, you’re the one who creates a bespoke experience for our guests.

Job overview
QO Amsterdam is looking for an Operational Meetings & Events Supervisor who supervises the daily operation of our Meeting & Events. To meet and exceed guest needs you read the event orders and gather all the necessary information. Our concept requires creative thinking and a social personality. You make sure that the day-to-day operation of all meetings and events run smooth. In the position you work hands-on, set up meeting rooms and serve guests. But of course we look for improvements as well, which is why you are requested to come up with ideas to improve our service standards and create memorable experiences.

You work closely together with the Restaurant & Bars team and help out in Persijn and Juniper & Kin during peak hours. 

Functie eisen Operational Meetings & Events Supervisor:

Who are you
You are passionate about events and hospitality and have experience in F&B / Meetings and Events as Waiter or Supervisor. You are ready for your next step in your young career. You are hands on, have an eye for details and are an creative thinker. You speak and write fluent English and Dutch is a plus.
