Work Hours: between 6 am and 2 pmTHE ROLEYou work closely with the Executive Chef and the Chef de Cuisine and are jointly resposnsible for the long-term strategy of the restaurant. You lead your own department together with a Chef de Partu in training. You are responsible for creating new desserts, all patisserie (cakes, pastries, biscuits, etc.) and occasionally assist at breakfast if necessary. In addition, you ensure that the kitchen team consistently follows the recipes and methods of preperation. You are highly motivated and you continuously develop and improve your skills. You have a creative mindset, you lead by example and you inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
