Functie eisen Reservation Agent:

JOB OVERVIEW
As Reservations Agent you will be part of our Cluster Reservations team, working for the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South, Kimpton the Witt Amsterdam and QO Amsterdam. Our Reservations office is situated in the centre of Amsterdam. You will be making sure all reservations are sold and captured accurately. You provide a welcoming, inspiring and professional service to all guests and make sure we exceed our guests’ expectations by being knowledgeable about everything in the hotel. With your friendly and authentic approach you let them feel like they are part of the local community and you will make sure the guest details are recorded accurately in the guest profiles. You work closely together with your colleagues in Concierge, Guest Service Centre and Front Office teams to make sure everything is perfect to surprise guests with unexpected and personalized moments.

COMMUNITY
We are a big part of the community and we need to ensure we support it. Your passion and drive will lead your team to deliver on a much better environment and ways of working, as well as getting involved and out and about with the neighbours as part of community projects. You need to work with your team and your neighbours to develop and deliver on these projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
College or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. Experience in a reservations department, Front Office or other related discipline. Experience with Opera and IHG systems is an advantage. It is your passion to create unique and personalized experiences, you can set priorities and you have excellent communicative skills. Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and English, another language is always a plus.
