As a Reservations Specialist for the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel & Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, you are responsible for processing all individual and group bookings with a friendly and authentic approach. You feel passionate about hospitality and will create an indigenous and personalized guest experience.
A successful Reservations Specialist is clear in communication, commercially oriented and a team player who likes to work closely together with our Sales, Revenue, Banqueting and Front Office departments within the two Marriott brands. Your day will consist of
- Processing and checking guest room reservations by e-mail, phone and online reservation systems.
- Coordinating availability, bookings and communication with guests through third party agents.
- Creating offers, group contracts and handling modifications of meeting requests and group bookings.
- Performing financial tasks such as creating pro forma invoices, checking final invoices and verifying commissions for both individual guests and groups.
- Promoting and maintaining customer loyalty with our Marriott Bonvoy program.
