We are currently looking for a passionate housekeeping supervisor who is ready to take the next step in a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor role with a lot of responsibility to join our team. Someone who’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent first impression and create a memorable experience for every guest.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES...

As our new Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining the cleaning standards in our hotel. You lead the housekeeping team with enthusiasm and ensure flawless coordination of daily tasks. You are a hands-on manager who ensures the perfect preparation of rooms and public areas, so every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Your tasks include:

• As a role model, you are responsible for managing our housekeeping staff in their daily tasks and schedules.

• During the final inspection, you ensure that the rooms are ready for new explorers to create new memories.

• You are willing to step in whenever one of your team members is absent.

• Create cozy and inviting spaces by ensuring that hotel rooms meet the standards and are well prepared for the next guest.

• Show the charm of our hotel by overseeing careful cleaning, including carpet maintenance, upholstery touch-ups, and window magic.

• Be an ambassador of guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs with a warm smile.

• Alert our Front Office or Maintenance teams to areas that require their expertise.

• Communication with the Front Office is essential to establish guest requirements.

• Follow our established hotel safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the well-being of our guests and colleagues.
