Our expectations towards our new Sous Chef (m/f):
We want you to be part of our team and lead the troops by example. Running a parti in a busy a la carte is what you consider a walk in the park. Guiding your new colleagues to greater heights is what makes your blood run faster. In addition to that you bring the creativity that allows us take Enoteca to the next level. You have experience with large functions and private events and realize that we are located in a hotel with the kitchen serving food to our guests from 06:30 am to 10:00 pm. And to be clear, experience with Italian food would be pro but no hard demand as our Italian head chef can teach you a trick or two on this cuisine with great pleasure. As said before, we believe the person makes the difference, not hers or his background. So what do you bring to the pass:
- Relevant working experience in a busy operation
- Passion, speed & great love for (Italian) food
- Full knowledge of HACCP and allergens
- Training & coaching abilities
- You live in or near Amsterdam
- You have the ability to travel to and from the hotel between 5:30 am and 10:30 pm
- Language skills – English and preferably Dutch
