You work closely with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and our in-house Farmer in defining and executing the long term strategy of the restaurant and our 4000m2 vegetable and fruit garden. You have loads of experience in running kitchen operations and are a natural leader that thrives in a high demanding environment. You are highly motivated, organized and have a great sense of ownership. You like the daily challenges of running a kitchen and remain calm under pressure. You are proactive with a creative mindset, constantly looking for means to improve. You are a great communicator and a source of inspiration as you lead and motivate the kitchen team. THE PLACE
