Functie eisen Supervisor - Meetings and Events (Banqueting):

As a SUPERVISOR MEETINGS AND EVENTS you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a fantastic experience, from arrival to departure, and every step in between. You will deliver a fantastic, knowledgeable service experience, be it for a business meeting, conference, training or private dining event.  High standards and a pride in your personal appearance and presentation are essential and delivering exceptional service will be the defining factors. 
You will be an exceptional team player and have a natural ability to train and develop.You will be responsible for the meeting and events floor as well as meetings or gatherings with other starting or end points on the hotel premises. You will work closely with the Meetings and Events Operations manager in the responsibility for attaining and exceeding budget targets by efficient cost control and maximization of revenue. You will strive to develop the success of the Meeting product. A keen interest in quality food and wines would be beneficial as would a related qualification; although these are not pre-requisites. Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch. You will support the full Meetings and Events operation and be involved in F&B administration. Your tasks include staff training, rostering, planning of casual staff co-ordination with the client, kitchen, sales department, AV equipment and stock control.
