What You Will Do

As a Host at our Börkerheide location, you are our anchor on the floor. You are a natural host. No stiff or intrusive service, but a relaxed, genuine, and approachable mindset — just like a good friend would offer.

• Genuine Hospitality: You welcome our guests in a warm, personal manner and act as the primary point of contact on the grounds.

• Digital & Offline Service: You handle guest inquiries via email, booking channels, phone, and the dedicated Bodhine guest app.

• Reservations & Back Office: You take and manage bookings in the system, ensuring all arrival details are flawless.

• Ambiance & Grounds Care: You make your daily rounds across the park, ensuring the grounds, the honesty bar, and central spots always look neat, atmospheric, and inviting.

• Local Tips & Experiences: You effortlessly guide guests toward the best nature walks, hidden local spots, and facilities on our grounds.
