About the position: Breakfast Chef
As our breakfast chef, you're the early bird who starts our guests’ day off right. You’ll prepare a fresh and varied breakfast with attention to detail and quality—from artisanal breads to hot dishes. You take dietary needs and allergies into account, maintain a clean and safe kitchen according to HACCP guidelines, and work closely with your colleagues in both the kitchen and the service team.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and setting up breakfast and mise-en-place

• Cooking and presenting both hot and cold dishes

• Responding attentively to dietary preferences and allergies

• Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met

• Assisting with other kitchen duties when needed
