For our beautiful hotel in Hilversum, we are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie! In this role, you will be cooking for an internationally oriented restaurant one day, and the next, preparing the tastiest dishes for large events and parties. This variety is exactly what makes your work so dynamic!

What will you do?

As Chef de Partie, you will prepare dishes according to recipes with a focus on quality and presentation. Your task is to provide our guests with a fantastic culinary experience by presenting the most flavorful dishes. You will be responsible for placing orders, portioning, garnishing, preparing, and washing dishes. Thanks to your skill with kitchen equipment, dishwashing equipment, and knives, this will run smoothly and safely. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen and ensure a tidy and clean working environment. The HACCP guidelines are second nature to you; you closely monitor these and consistently apply them in your work. Additionally, you actively contribute to the menu and help refine dishes and recipes, giving you the opportunity to express your creativity at Amrâth!

Where will you do this?

Amrâth Hotel Lapershoek Hilversum is located in a magnificent villa in Hilversum. The hotel has 80 hotel rooms and 9 meeting rooms for conferences and/or festive occasions for up to 600 people, a restaurant, conservatory, bar, and terrace. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and car. Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, which consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations, from Maastricht to Alkmaar, characterized by comfort, personal service, and a unique atmosphere.

Your baggage

• You have at least a completed chef training at level 3.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are friendly and approachable with a hospitable attitude. It’s in your DNA to go the extra mile for the guest.
• You are flexible; a weekend shift or working on a holiday doesn’t scare you.
• You have good knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language.

• A salary according to the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement based on the Reference Function of Independent Chef, for a full-time contract of 38 hours, and depending on your experience.
