Restaurant One24 at Carlton President Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie who wants to take our à la carte kitchen to the next level.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for independently preparing and presenting our dishes. You will work with fresh ingredients, seasonal produce and international flavours. You have an eye for detail, understand what makes a dish special and know how to bring flavour, quality and presentation together perfectly.

You will contribute ideas for new dishes, share your passion with colleagues and help create a kitchen we can all be proud of.
