Cleaning Worker FT/PT - Ouderkerk aan de Amstel

As a Cleaner, you are an essential part of our housekeeping team at Over-Amstel Boerderij. You ensure that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable, and contribute to an environment where both guests and colleagues feel comfortable.

The position is hands-on in nature and requires accuracy, a sense of responsibility, and a practical approach.

This is what we expect from you Cleaning & Maintenance • Performing daily cleaning tasks according to established guidelines • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, floors, and sanitary facilities • Keeping general areas and the recycling center clean • Making beds and cleaning bathrooms • Identifying technical defects and reporting them to the person in charge Stock • Replenishing cleaning supplies • Reporting stock shortages • Collaboration • Contributing to a tidy, safe, and professional working environment • Collaborating with colleagues within Operations • Working according to the quality standards of Over-Amstel Boerderij Knowledge and Experience • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus • Careful, accurate, and an eye for detail • Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently • Flexible Available, including weekends and rotating shifts • Good communication skills • Good command of the Dutch and English languages Performance indicators • Clean, well-maintained, and presentable spaces • Timely execution of cleaning tasks • Cleaning supplies in order • Timely reporting of irregularities or defects • Professional cooperation within the team
