As a Day/Night Receptionist, you are the friendly face of our hotel. From check-in to check-out, guests feel immediately welcome thanks to your open attitude and genuine hospitality.

🕒 A Day in the Life

06:45 – Start your day with a cup of coffee while your colleague from the night shift updates you on the latest developments.

07:00 – Ready at the front desk with a big smile to welcome the first guests.

08:00 – Review arrivals, share important information with your team and other departments.

10:00 – Answer phone calls and emails while smoothly managing the busy morning rush.

12:00 – Time for a pleasant lunch with colleagues from across the hotel.

13:00 – Assist departing guests with check-out and continue working through your daily checklist.

14:00 – Prepare the handover for the late shift and balance the cash register.

14:45 – Handover with your colleagues from the late shift.

15:00 – End of your workday!

With rotating shifts (morning, evening, and night), no two days are the same, making this role perfect if you enjoy variety.
