Are you a technical all-rounder with an eye for detail? Do you have two right hands and a hands-on mentality? Do you love tackling repairs and maintenance? Then we are looking for you in Volendam!

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of technical tasks. In addition, you will ensure that everything in and around Hotel Spaander is kept in top condition, while keeping your colleagues alert when it comes to safety. Together with your team, you will make sure the hotel is well maintained. You will resolve malfunctions and take care of the maintenance of our equipment. For specialized work, Hotel Spaander works with external companies.

What will you do?

Carry out technical repairs and maintenance on the building and installations.
Manage work inventory and order equipment and spare parts.
Request quotations and place orders.
Ensure regular checks on safety installations (Legionella, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, etc.).
Analyze malfunctions and determine solutions for repairs and maintenance.

Who are you?

You work independently and with a problem-solving mindset.
You have at least an MBO-level qualification and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
You have strong communication skills.
You are also available to work during weekends.
