Our Renaissance Bartender ensures that the daily bar operations run smoothly and works closely with the team to create a unique and personalized guest experience in our Bar ‘XPLORE’ and our Restaurant ‘Signature’. You are responsible for preparing the drinks on our bar menu. Our successful bartender welcomes guests in a friendly and authentic manner and delivers a unique and personalized service that creates memorable moments for our guests.

Your day will consist of:

Working together with the team to create memorable moments for our guests
Preparing and serving drinks for our guests, making recommendations, and upselling
Recording transactions in the Micros system
Opening or closing a shift
Managing inventory
Complying with food safety and HACCP regulations
Making sure that the bar is need and tidy
Sharing your knowledge of unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues

You…

Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
Are working with passion and dedication towards a career as a bartender. Experience is a plus, but if needed, we provide training to teach you all the tips and tricks to become an experienced bartender.
Have passion for and knowledge of everything related to drinks: spirits, beers, cocktails, coffee/tea, etc.
Are guest-oriented and enjoy interacting with guests. Our goal is to provide excellent service.
Are a true team player.
Can communicate in English and preferably also in Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
Bring your own style to the team.
Are flexible and available to work both during the week and on weekends.
Are ready for challenges to further develop yourself.
