We are looking for F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) to join the opening service team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

·       Delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service in restaurant, bar, or events.

·       Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

·       Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.

·       Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu items.

·       Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.

·       Ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

What are we looking for?

·       Experience in F&B service roles.

·       Experience in openings is valued.

·       Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

·       Positive attitude and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

·       Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
