B&F MANAGER

Our Renaissance B&F Manager ensures a smooth running of the day-to-day operations in our venues and great team work to create a unique and personalized guest experience in our Bar ‘Bloom’, in our Restaurant ‘Signature’, In Room Dining or our Meeting Rooms. Our successful B&F Manager is able to coach the team in an inspiring and enthusiastic way. You are an example in the finishing touch for the B&F venues, and in putting the guest at ease with a natural way of serving and sharing your story about unique local discoveries.

Your day will consist of•Coaching / guiding the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests

•Serving beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when desired (upselling)

•Present and active participating in operations (restaurant, bar, in-room dining & banqueting)

•Leading by example

•Record transactions in the system Micros

•Opening or closing a shift

•Advising guests about the local discoveries

•Communication / collaboration with relevant departments (Kitchen and other non-B&F departments)

•Stock control

•Food safety & HACCP compliance

•Equipment maintenance & control

•Administrative tasks (payroll, orders etc.)

•Sharing your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues

•Have a passion for Beverage & Food

•Can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus but not a must)

•Have a minimum of 5 years F&B operations experience.

•Preferred with at least 3 year of supervisory level experience.

•Bring your personal style to every experience.

•Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts.

•Are ready to take on a BIG challenge to further develop yourself and your team
