In the role of Front Office Agent you are the first face our guests see and you ensure a hospitable welcome, an efficient check-in and check-out procedure and you are ready to answer questions with a sincere smile.

You are responsible for telephone traffic and keeping up with administrative tasks. With your excellent multitasking skills, you are able to coordinate requests smoothly and contribute to maintaining a safe hotel environment.

What are you going to do?

• Welcome and check-in guests, including processing group arrivals;

• Check-out of departing guests using the hotel's system;

• Act as a point of contact for guests and efficiently handle queries and complaints;

• Keep up-to-date on all hotel procedures, facilities, services, pricing and special promotional offers;

• Prepare for VIPs and special events on the day;

• Maximize sales through up-selling, cross-selling and marketing programs;

• General telephone duties including taking reservations;

• Ensure that public areas are clean and tidy.
