We are looking for a new full-time Front Office Employee to join our team for 38 hours per week.

Job description

As Front Office Employee you will be oversee and be responsible for all activities which take place during the morning and evening shift, including the below:

Providing the ultimate guest experience for all of our hotel guests
Communication between departments to give relevant updates
Handling questions and complaints
Conversing with and checking in guests
Processing reservations in the PMS system Mews
Check-out of guests and financial settlements
Providing information and services to guests such as: general tourist information, Information regarding public transport and restaurants
Carrying out checks on correct administrative processes and procedures

Salary is based on pay scale 4 from the catering collective labor agreement (KHN)

You are service oriented and always go the extra mile for your guests
You have a great sense of responsibility
Experience in similar hotels and positions is an advantage
Living in Utrecht or surroundings
Proactive and excellent in problem-solving
You are fluent in Dutch or English (other languages are an advantage)
Very flexible: You are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends or day shifts
You are assertive and have the ability to work independently
You have an outgoing personality and enjoy conversing at many different levels
