Hands-on Supervisor Housekeeping | Hotel Breda - Breda

For one of our hotels in Breda, we are looking for an enthusiastic Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor.

As a Working Housekeeping Supervisor, you start the day together with the housekeeping team. You distribute the tasks, support your colleagues, and ensure that the daily schedule runs smoothly. In addition to leading the team, you will also actively participate in cleaning hotel rooms yourself. You check the quality of the cleaned rooms and are the point of contact for the team during the shift.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and, together with the team, ensure that all rooms are ready on time for arriving guests.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and support the housekeeping team.

• Distribute the daily tasks.

• Actively participate in cleaning hotel rooms.

• Check cleaned rooms and public areas.

• Monitor the quality, hygiene, and progress of the work.

• Identify and solve issues during the shift.

• Coordinate progress with the Housekeeping Manager.

• Train and guide new employees.

• Report any issues, complaints, or technical defects.

Together with the team, you ensure that all rooms meet the hotel's quality standards and that guests can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

Working days and hours

• You will work 20 hours per week.

• Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

• Working hours: between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

• The location is easily accessible by public transport.
