HR Advisor - Utrecht

About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Advise and coach Heads of Department on HR policies, procedures, CLA, and Dutch labour law.
• Manage absenteeism processes and employee relations cases, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate employment contracts, contract changes, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in Dayforce and compliance with administrative requirements.
• Support payroll input and monitor key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Drive engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects, audits, and training rollouts.

• 2-4 years of HR generalist/advisory experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR systems (Dayforce or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, accurate, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
