NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the largest conference hotels in the Netherlands, with 513 rooms. Thanks to its 123 meeting rooms and its location near Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, and Schiphol Airport, it is the ultimate venue for conferences. About the Role
During this educational internship, you’ll gain insight into all aspects of the hotel industry. You’ll start by rotating through all departments and receiving thorough training. After that, you’ll independently take on the role of Manager on Duty. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they are pleasantly surprised by excellent service while also maintaining safety in and around the hotel. You’ll assist guests with a wide range of questions, requests, and complaints, and step in to support other departments when needed. You’ll get to know the hotel, your colleagues, and our guests like no one else and rapidly developing your knowledge and skills in Hotel Management.

What We’re Looking For
You’re an enthusiastic personality, flexible, yet confident. You’re service-oriented, decisive, and fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. You’re comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a team. You focus on solutions rather than problems and act with determination.
