NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the largest conference hotels in the Netherlands, with 513 rooms. Thanks to its 123 meeting rooms and its location near Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, and Schiphol Airport, it is the ultimate venue for conferences. About the Role
As a Quality (Management) Intern, you’ll take on a versatile role within the Quality department. The focus is primarily on the overall quality of the hotel and guest experiences. You’ll also be jointly responsible for maintaining, sharing, and monitoring online reviews, as well as implementing new ideas to enhance our guests’ stay. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with the quality standards of Minor Hotels. You’ll be a role model in service excellence and proactively initiate improvements.
