OZO Hotels is opening a brand-new, modern hotel in Hoofddorp featuring over 300 rooms, high-end meeting facilities, a restaurant, a stylish lobby, a gym, and a wellness area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, while also assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
Together with the team, you ensure an efficient, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment, contributing to an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
Assisting with basic food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning)
Supporting chefs where needed
Managing waste and maintaining hygiene standards
Receiving and storing deliveries
Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment
