As an F&B Employee, you are the face of our restaurant, bistro, and terraces. You ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys a level of service that reflects the exclusive atmosphere of Landgoed Lauswolt.

Guest Experience — You welcome guests, advise them on food and beverage choices, and provide warm, personalized service.
Service Delivery — You serve food and drinks according to our high standards and maintain an overview of your assigned section.
Preparation — You prepare the mise en place, ensure that all areas are presented to perfection, and assist with events and functions.
Teamwork — You work closely with the kitchen, bar, and banqueting teams to create a seamless guest experience.
Quality Assurance — You identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to maintaining the high standards of our F&B department.
