Night Receptionist Vacancy – Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre

Are you the Night Receptionist who would like to join and strengthen our team? Then we are looking for you!

For Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Mercure is part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), a hotel management company with a portfolio of six hotels.

What will you do as a Night Receptionist?

You know how to assist our guests in a smooth and service-oriented way. During the night, you are the main point of contact for all our guests and help ensure their safety and comfort.

You are responsible for checking in and checking out both our business and leisure guests. You also ensure that the financial administration of the day is completed correctly.

During your shift, you stay alert and carry out regular rounds throughout the hotel. In case of an emergency, you know how to respond appropriately and make sure every guest feels well taken care of.

What makes you our new colleague?

• At least two years of experience as a Front Office Employee, preferably including night shifts.

• Good command of both Dutch and English.

• Good social and communication skills.

• A passion for the hospitality industry.

• You are able to work well under pressure while maintaining a good overview.

• You enjoy working at night but are also flexible to work other shifts when needed.

• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for this position.
