For our various Zoomers locations in Castricum and Castricum aan Zee, we are looking for a practical and independent Maintenance Employee.

Are you technically skilled, able to see what needs to be done and enjoy working at different locations? From carrying out small repairs in hotel rooms to maintaining our beach locations and taking care of the garden at Zoomers aan het Bos: no two days are the same.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our hotels, restaurants, beach houses and other buildings. You will also help keep the grounds and garden at Zoomers aan het Bos looking neat and well maintained.

Your duties will include:

Carrying out small technical repairs
Maintenance of buildings and hotel rooms
Painting, carpentry and general repairs
Basic electrical and plumbing work
Identifying and solving technical issues
Maintaining terraces and outdoor areas
Garden maintenance at Zoomers aan het Bos
Pruning, clearing leaves and groundskeeping
Checking installations and equipment
Coordinating with external contractors when needed
Handling small urgent repairs at our locations

Who are we looking for?

You are a practical all-rounder who can work independently and takes responsibility. You don’t wait to be told what needs to be done – you notice when something needs repairing or maintaining and take action.

Technical experience is important, but you don’t need to be an expert in everything. For larger or specialist jobs, we work with external contractors.

A valid driving licence (Category B) is preferred, as you will work at several Zoomers locations.
