You are the face of our hotel.

As a Receptionist, you are the one who welcomes guests and the one who waves them off. With your warm hospitality and sharp eye for detail, you ensure every guest feels seen and appreciated, from the very first moment to the final goodbye.

A day in your role…

It’s Saturday, a day off for many, but you’re happily on duty. Together with your colleague, you start the shift with a smooth handover. The reception is buzzing: guests are checking in and out, asking questions, and you keep everything running effortlessly.

You help guests with tips about the area, recommend a beautiful cycling route, and get them excited about taking one of our rental bikes. When they return, you’ve already arranged a table for them at restaurant One24. In between, you handle emails, process reservations, and take care of administrative tasks. Before you know it, your shift is over and satisfied and with a smile.
