Reservations Agent - Rotterdam

We are looking for a Reservations Agent / Reserveringsagent to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

·       Managing individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels.

·       Ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation, and reservation follow‑up.

·       Providing detailed information about rates, availability, services, and hotel facilities.

·       Handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

·       Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.

·       Assisting in the creation and implementation of reservation procedures for the hotel opening.

·       Ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

·       Supporting reporting tasks and maintaining reservation records.

What are we looking for?

·       Previous experience as Reservations Agent or in Front Office roles.

·       Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.

·       Strong communication and organizational skills.

·       Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued.

·       Knowledge of PMS and reservation systems is a plus.

·       Customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail.
