RESTAURANT MANAGER
Are you an enthusiastic and spontaneous Restaurant Manager who is always delivering the best service to guests together with the team? Then we are looking for you as our Restaurant Manager for our Signature restaurant!
As our Restaurant Manager you will be presenting our breakfast, lunch and diner together with our team and Kitchen department, alongside with providing a high level of service towards our guests. You will be responsible for managing the Signature restaurant team, purchasing and selling our food and beverage products, utilizing our revenue and for implementing ideas and new menus.
Your day will consist of
- Manage, motivate, train and develop the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
- Create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team
- Implementing ideas to improve our Signature restaurant
- Create new menus
- Stock control and maintain contacts with suppliers
- Responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction and Brand Standards
- Present and active participating in operations
- Record transactions in the Micros system
- Opening or closing a shift

- Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch
- Have a minimum of 3 years F&B operations experience in a managerial/supervisory role
