As a Sous Chef, you are the right hand of the Head Chef and play a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. From à la carte service to large conferences and corporate events, you maintain oversight, safeguard quality, and take responsibility during service.

We are a corporate hotel group with a dynamic kitchen operation. We cater to both à la carte guests and large business groups. This combination requires structure, efficiency, and a strong eye for detail.

Our menus evolve with the times: contemporary flavours, surprising ingredients, and dishes where plant-based creations are the starting point. Think bold preparations featuring ingredients such as jackfruit, legumes, or seasonal produce, always with flavour as the highest priority. This is who you are:

You are either an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in your career. You work closely with the Head Chef and know when to provide support and when to take the lead.
