OZO Hotels De President Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is looking for an enthusiastic Wellness & Guest Service Host who will welcome and assist our guests, both in our wellness area and throughout the hotel.

About the Role

In this versatile position, you will help ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service. You will work in both our wellness area and at the hotel reception, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our wellness guests while supporting hotel guests with their questions and requests.

Our wellness area features a range of facilities, including saunas, foot baths, and a floating salt bath. You will introduce guests to these facilities, explain how they work, and ensure they feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Your Responsibilities

Wellness

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional reception.

• Manage wellness reservations and maintain an organised booking schedule.

• Explain the different wellness facilities and demonstrate how to use them.

• Assist guests with questions and provide guidance whenever needed.

• Ensure the wellness area remains clean, tidy, and inviting.

• Help create a relaxing atmosphere and ensure guests have a pleasant wellness experience.

Hotel Reception & Guest Services

• Welcome hotel guests and create a positive first impression.

• Support the reception team with welcoming and assisting guests.

• Help guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms when needed.

• Deliver guest amenities and other requested items to hotel rooms.

• Answer guest questions and find suitable solutions to their requests.

• Support colleagues with daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
