Job description:

As an Independent Working Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our menus and recipes. You work independently in the kitchen and ensure that dishes are prepared with precision and care. You have a passion for cooking and are creative in thinking up new dishes. You will also work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities:

Preparing dishes according to recipes and instructions from the head chef
Ensuring efficient operation of the kitchen
Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes
Ensuring hygiene and safety in the kitchen
Assisting in the development of new menus and dishes
Manage stock and place orders

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as an independent working cook, preferably in a similar setting
Knowledge of different cooking techniques and preparation methods
Creativity and eye for detail
Team player with good communication skills
Stress resistance and ability to perform under pressure
In possession of relevant certificates (such as HACCP)
