About WestCord Hotel Delft
WestCord Hotel Delft is a modern 4-star hotel with 140 rooms and 9 meeting rooms. The hotel has been fully designed and styled by the designers of the neighbouring IKEA, with, of course, a touch of Delft Blue. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or a business trip, WestCord Hotel Delft is the ideal base.
Hotel Delft is also home to our cosy restaurant, BLUE Dining. Guests can enjoy both lunch and dinner in this atmospheric setting. Just like our lobby, BLUE Dining is inspired by the theme ‘Royal Fairy Tale’.
Our concept is based on Mediterranean cuisine, with dishes inspired by countries around the Mediterranean, including France, Italy, Spain and Morocco. We use familiar, honest ingredients, fresh herbs, authentic spices and beautiful olive oil. Under the name ‘Out of the BLUE’, we also serve international classics.
