Jacob de Graaff graduated from Hotelschool The Hague and went on to hold various roles within the national and international hospitality industry. He worked for Club Med in France and Spain before continuing his career at the Hilton Amsterdam as Back of House Manager.

He subsequently gained extensive experience in the Front Office at several renowned hotels in Amsterdam, including the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky.

Jacob later served as General Manager of the Eden City Hotel in Groningen and subsequently of the Apollo Museum Hotel in Amsterdam. In these roles, he was responsible for a large-scale hotel renovation, including the redevelopment of the restaurant and the introduction of a new concept.

He then worked as a Yield & Revenue Coach for four Amsterdam-based hotels within the Eden Group, where he was active in the e-commerce department.

Currently, Jacob works with Hotelinmotion, focusing on consultancy in yield and revenue management , interim roles as Director of Sales and General Manager , as well as executive search and training.
